310 stainless steel sheets are made from a tough chromium-nickel alloy that stays strong even when it gets super hot. They're built to ASTM A240/A480 standards. This type of steel can handle constant heat up to 1150°C (2100°F) without falling apart. That's why it's great for things like furnaces and other equipment that deals with high temps.

It's got 25% chromium and 20% nickel, which makes it rust-proof and stops it from changing when it's heated for a long time. We make these sheets using special methods like argon oxygen decarburization and continuous casting. This keeps the steel consistent the whole way through. We also check each sheet with ultrasound and eddy current testing to make sure there are no hidden problems before we send it out.

Q: 310S vs. 310?

A: 310S has less carbon, so it's easier to weld and resists corrosion better when it's hot.

Q: Can I get a No.4 finish?

A: Yes! It's resistant to corrosion and looks good, great for places near the ocean.

Q: Biggest width you can do?

A: Normally 2000mm. We can go up to 2500mm for extra.

Q: How long for custom orders?

A: Usually about a week/10 days, custom orders take about 2 to 3 weeks.

Q: 310 or 330 for furnaces?

A: 310 is better when there's a lot of oxygen (up to 1150°C). 330 is better when dealing with carbon.
